Almost doesn’t matter because a base ‘88 FX will have the same engine as an ‘88 Tercel. FX also has previous gen Tercel mirros and stalks.

I’ve told this story before on here so you may have seen it.

When I was car shopping I asked for a focus. The guy brought me a fiesta and called it a festiva. It was a ST though. My gf didn't let me drive it because she said I needed to stay focused. She was right of course but still.

My mom had one JUST like this when I was little. It was a piece of shit. Died on us a few times, including one time on the GSP that I remember very clearly because it was the first time I remember a car breaking down on us.
